The Phelps is a fantastic hotel with great rooms with Kitchenettes. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is roughly 10 minute walk from decent restaurants and a 10 minute cab ride to very good ones. Easy walk to the sport venues . Highly recommended
Rooms were small but clea, reasonably priced, good breakfast
Small Room with kitchen, "Breakfast" (muffins, instant grits & oatmeals) gets over and not replenished for a few days and this happens frequently. For last two days, there is no sugar (that too on weekends) and no body seems to care which made me decrease the rating from 3 to 1. Never coming back to this hotel again.
Clean room, good price and friendly staff
Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Very pet friendly. Staff is really nice and willing to help with all needs.
