A very indulgent experience. Seems like the service has been going downhill lately. During our last visit, the staff ran into the back of my chair 7 times during a movie and my seat wasn't even reclined (yes, I counted because it was distracting). One time, I was hit in the back of my head so hard that I had a headache for a few hours afterwards. Went to talk with a manager about it, but he came out and started making drinks instead of listening to us. I'm going to give this place a break for a while.
This was our first time at Envisions. Front desk was slow and kind of not paying attention. We were expected to arrive 30min before showtime and our movie started at 10:00, and he didn’t let us go back to the theater till 9:57 after we kept asking. Also the food was AMAZING, service bringing the food was great as well, very friendly, but the man who took our order and our bill was rude. He rushed us and just wasn’t pleasant at all. Overall I’ll be back, simply because the food was so good and the experience watching the movie (comfortable chairs etc) were good as well. Maybe just get friendlier staff.
About the cinema: (+) Auditoriums are smaller than national chains but had great sound. Projectors and screens are sharp. Good food & drinks at a reasonable price. (-) Dinner trays are non retractable. Stairs guide rails can affect your view if you sit on the last row. You can get distracted with the in-out service.
Best movie experience I've ever had. The associates were very nice, great at suggestions since my friend and I never been there before. They play games. Have amazing drinks and the food was really good. Love that you can order right from the theater
About the bar & grille: (+) Good choice of draft beers.Good food for casual dining or while you wait for the movie. (-) Small parking lot.
Place is great. Has a good vibe. Food is good and reasonably priced. Drinks are great. 40 taps. Oh and movies. yeah movies are here too.
