I am so disappointed. Marco's Pizza used to be my favorite pizza a couple of years ago but now I can't stand to eat their food. First the pizza crusts are not good. Their crusts taste undercooked, wimpy, not baked well, not flavorful. The toppings don't taste just right either. Plus, I tried a steak hoagie recently and the overwhelming flavor was low quality raw onion. Plus the bread was soggy. Marco's is permanently off my list.

Ordered the Med. Deluxe Uno for delivery. Pizza was center loaded and soggy. When I picked up the first slice, all the toppings slid right off. Tried to salvage it, but the taste was almost as bad as the presentation. Definitely would not recommend wasting your time or money on this place.
Decent pizza, extremely rude delivery driver.
Poor service. Not sure if it was because I had delivery to a local hotel, as a 1x customer or if they treat all their customers with disrespect. I ordered food for 5 and a salad was missed. When I called the lady who answered the phone was rude. Advised me there was no way it was missed as it had been bagged and she would have to call the driver. So, after basically being called a liar she came back on the phone 8 minutes later to tell me that the driver did have it in his car and would bring it. No apologies, not a bye..dial tone. Driver a few minutes later delivered a warm salad 2hrs after initial order was placed. Unsure how long was in his car on a June evening. Yuck. Called to request new salad. Was advised they were closed.
