I went there for a full car service and changing two of the tires. Overall, the experience was good.
The problem was fixed the next day since it was late evening.
However, as I took my car out after the repairs, I was able to hear some noise from the rear right. When I asked the owner if he did a test drive, he said yes. And when he took the test ride again with me, I realized why he didn't catch it. When you want to ensure if the car is running right, you cannot keep the windows open because the outside noise will not let you hear anything unusual inside. And that's what happened.
Just bought a new car and the TPMS light came on. They checked my tires and filled them for free (they were all low). This is my new tire shop and they'll get all my business!
The gentleman at the desk, who is the owner of the shop, explained things well - what was wrong, what are the options and what needs to be prioritized for repair. Pricing was pretty decent.
This was, quite simply, the best tire experience I've ever had. One of our Gutter Boys company vehicles had a blowout on the expressway nearby. We took it to Sycamore not knowing anything about them, and they got us taken care of in an hour and a half--even though they didn't have our tire size in stock. Really nice staff, knowledgeable, and affordable. The guy I was with commented immediately upon leaving that he couldn't believe how easy it was and how nice they were. Thank you for making my day easier!
Overall, a good job was done. I could feel the difference in the drive quality instantly.
Great people 30 mins till they closed I took my car there for 2 new tires had them on and balanced in 15 mins ... Great job guys
